What is Home Access Center? • Home Access Center is a web application which allows parents and guardians to: • View information about their student • Communicate with teachers • Update their student’s information • Home Access Center is updated continuously and is available 24/7 via a web browser and a computer connected to the Internet.

5. Where do I start? • A letter is sent to Parents and Guardians at the beginning of the school year with your Home Access Center Username and Password • If you did not receive a Home Access Center letter, call eSchoolPlus Support at (216)268-6960

6. Logging into Home Access Center • Using your web browser and a computer connected to the Internet, navigate to; http://clehomeaccess.spihost.com • Enter your Username and Password

7. Select Your Student Click on the Student’s name to access their Student information.

8. Daily Summary • The Daily Summary shows • Your student’s daily attendance information • Your student’s class schedule

9. Accessing other information • Use the menu on the left hand side of the screen to navigate to the student’s: • Schedule • Attendance • Interim Progress Report • Report Cards • Registration

10. Schedule To view your student’s schedule, click on “Schedule”

11. Attendance To view your student’s attendance click on “Attendance” Hover your pointer over the highlighted date to see the attendance information

12. Interim Progress Report To view your student’s Interim Progress Report click on “Interim Progress Report”

13. Report Cards To view your student’s Report Card click on “Report Cards”

14. Communicating with your Student’s Teacher(s) • Home Access Center provides you with the email addresses of your student’s teachers. • To email your student’s teachers you must have your own personal email account • To communicate back and forth with a teacher you must have; • an email client (like Outlook) • Or • A webmail account (like gmail or hotmail)

15. Emailing a Teacher(email client) 1. 2. 3. Click on teacher’s name Accept Security warning 4. Compose and send and send your email message Click on “Schedule”

16. Emailing a Teacher(webmail) 1. 2. 3. Using your mouse, Right Click on teacher’s name Select “copy link” from the Right Click menu 4. Paste the email link into the “To:” field on your webmail client, compose your message and send. Click on “Schedule”

17. View another Student’s Information To return to the My Student’s menu, click on “My Students”
