TDR Points of Note • Reporting Changes • Reports are completed MONTHLY, as opposed to quarterly • Increase in data fields and method of sales reporting – from summary data to line item detail • Revenue recognition is only at invoice or payment dates • Report exact figures – no more rounding • Eliminates Price Reductions Clause tracking & Commercial Sales Practice requirements • Payment changes • IFF must be submitted electronically. Paper checks no longer accepted • Payments may be submitted monthly OR quarterly
