Part I-Updates

This session will provide updates on the multi-stakeholder demonstration, including an overview of the areas of focus. It will also include a brainstorming session to prioritize topics and discuss pilot updates. The goal is to identify community-based sites to test and evaluate the concept, share best practices, and connect with technical and educational resources.

GoalsCenter for Multi-Stakeholder Demonstrations Work products- Deliverables • Establish ongoing Pilot Tracking to include regionally diverse demo project characteristics, market characteristics, and key success factors • Evaluate and offer guidance on key barriers to market implementation (anti-trust, patient activation, employer engagement and support, care coordination, reimbursement, study design)
