  2. DTRA Joint Training Issues Issues: • Integrating the training mentality across an agency with a variety of missions. • Implementing the system across the agency when so many different sub-units of the agency claim ownership.

  3. DTRA Joint Training Issues Issue: Integrating the training mentality across an agency with a variety of missions. Resolution: Agency-wide memo sent to Primary Trainers. • Memo explains process of JTS • Stresses importance of TOs within JTIMS • Ties written TOs to training dollars/funding • Offers JTSS assistance with writing/submitting TOs in JTIMS • Sent JTIMS TOs template for easy submission into JTIMS system

  4. DTRA Joint Training Issues Issue: Implementing the system across the agency when so many different sub-units of the agency claim ownership. Resolution: Improve upon communication and expectations between divisions/offices. • Reach out on a regular basis • Plan/conduct training workshops for JTIMS/JLLIS
