2. Email Policy Every CSUB student has a CSUB issued email address. ONLY official email for our course is CSUB Email. If you email me using your private email, I will not reply.

3. No Distraction Policy • Without instructor’s permission, you are not allowed to do followings: • surfing the Internet, • typing using the key board, • computer mouth clicking, • using your cellular phone, and • talking to your classmate during lecture. • If you violate this policy, up to 30% penalty will applied each time.

4. Late Policy 1 • If you are late more than 20 minutes, that will be counted as ABSENT. • If you must late, you must notify me by email at least one day or 24 hours before. • If you do not notify me but late for the class, minimum 10% penalty will be applied each time.

5. Late Policy 2 • Also, if you are late, you must stand at the door until I give you OK signal. • Minimum 10% penalty will be applied each time if you do not comply with this procedure. • If necessary, the classroom door would be locked in 10 minutes.

6. Bathroom Policy • If you need to go to the bathroom, please stand next to the printer and then, wait for my signal. • If you violet this policy, at least 10% penalty (based on the total score) will be applied each time.

7. Attendance policy • More than two absences • Severe penalty: 30% penalty based on the total score • Notification email 24 hours before • Fail to notify 24 hours before • Must provide an official document such as a doctor’s note • Otherwise, “Absence”
