  1. RECOMANACIONS PER TRASLLAT DE PACIENTS A LA UNITAT DE TERAPÈUTICA HIPERBÀRICA - Pacient amb pèrdua de consciència, cefalea intensa, vertigen i altres símptomes neurològics, arítmies i alteracions repolarització en l'exploració primaria o secundaria amb independència de la taxa de COHb - Elevació patològica COHb (> 20%) en pacients asimptomàtics - Pacients asimptomàtics malgrat haver estat exposats en les mateixes condicions que pacients greument afectats en intoxicacions col · lectives - Dones embarassades amb independència de la taxa COHb - Tots els pacients crítics i nens < 8 anys amb independència de la taxa de COHb - Nivells de pulsicooximetria (SpCO)> 20% independentment de les manifestacions clíniques - Nivells entre 10-20%: contactar amb el centre receptor per individualitzar - Nivells no tòxics IGLESIAS-LEPINE ML, GARCIA GIBERT L, TRAVERÍA FJ, MARÍN S, LÓPEZ-PETCHAME A i CORES P.
