STÅNGÅN ___________________________________________________________________________ The goal of Stångån is that you eventually be able to swim all over it, now you can just in Johannelund but it's far from it. We really need to improve the water in Stångån for everything that ends up on the street and then goes down in Stångån. And what ends up in Stångån then end up in Roxen and then in the Baltic Sea. The closer you come to Roxen the dirtier it gets.

  3. Improvement To improve the water theywant to buildmoreso-calledstorm waterwarehouse that filters water so it gets cleaner. And theyalsowish that morewillbegin to have "green roofs" whichconsists of plants on the roof and improveexistingfacilities to improve.And out in the countrysidetheyoftenhavepoorwells that don’t work properly and don’t provide clean water so theywant to improve that. What you alsocando to improve is to reduce or stop usingfertilizers and don’twash your car in the driveway. It takes a verylong time to make an idea of how to dosomethingbetter come true. It maytakeseveralyears and it'sveryexpensive. It'sverymuch to expand, you need to prepare the commune, private individuals and evenpoliticianshave to accept. One must alsoinformpeopleiftheyhavecomments on it.

  4. Drinking water In northern Sweden, there are problems with bacteria’s and parasites in the drinking water. In the future, theydevelop Tekniska Verken so that theywillclean the water using UV light.
