Hold activities for each Strategic Direction- Advocacy, Cancer Education, Relay For Life and Survivorship. Getting Warm! Participate in 5 conference calls- at least 1 Training and 1 Survivorship. At least 3 members other than the chapter leader must also participate in a total of 5 calls. The dates are listed on the CAC On Line Community.
