Objectives • Supports School Administrators and Teachers throughout the TCRP Evaluation Process • Assists with the professional growth plan, formal and informal observations, and the scoring process for teacher effectiveness • Keeps all notes, evidence, and artifacts in one place for easy access and lookup • Makes it easier for multiple observers to observe one teacher

What’s new?Informal (diff) observations • Create a Differentiated Observation(s) by starting in the agenda screen. Click “new informal observation”
What’s new? Differentiated Observation • Create/ Input the observation date, subject, and class period. • “+New Informal” • Select the differentiated indicators by domain 2 or 3, then enter evidence in notes, then click add note. Be sure to click complete.
Generating a report • Provides running record data for your conferences and coaching • Select reports, year, school, and teacher • Be sure to save the pdf version to view all indicators
Check for understanding • Break out sessions • 1. Basic and Newest users, and those that need a basic refresher, will stay in the room • 2. Proficient and advanced users will break out into the adjacent room to enter exiting data and/or receive one on one feedback
Selecting teachers Use the search box or browse the teacher list to select the teacher being observed, click on the corresponding name, and it will prompt you to choose an evaluation section as shown below.
ProfessionalGrowth Plan To provide support to teachers by focusing on specific professional skills and goals known as focus areas. Currently exists as an uploaded document that should be viewed by observers prior to the pre conference.
Lesson Plan Submission • Teachers will upload their Lesson Plans, which will need to be approved by the Evaluators
Lesson Plan Submission Once submitted and approved, the Observer can go in to download and view the Lesson Plan Teachers should self score with the submission of their lesson plan, prior to the pre observation conference
Steps 2-4Lesson Plan Review, Pre-Observation Conference and Classroom Observation • Observer will review submitted lesson plan and add in personal notes and evidence in support of the lesson plan • The Observer can take notes either Narrative or Quick and link in corresponding indicators • Narrative: User can copy and paste notes from a separate document and then highlight sections, click the indicators that are linked, and submit to the Observer Evidence by clicking “Add Indicator Note” • Quick: User can type in individual notes, add in indicators and then submit by clicking “Add Indicator Note”

Self scoring Teachers will click on the level in which they think they should be scored Click on the Indicator Teachers can validate their scoring with notes and evidence
Reflection submission Teachers will need to submit their Reflection Evidence prior to the Post Observation Conference
Observer Preliminary Scoring Observers score teachers and add in notes on all 38 indicators School Administrators can also add in Private notes and reminders if needed. These can only be seen by you
Post-observation and Informal Observation Conference Same format as the Observer-Preliminary Scoring (Stage 7) Select their score and add in notes and evidence for each indicator
