JOBS CREATED THROUGH ILIMA/LETSEMA 670 JOBS WERE REPORTED IN Q1
5 021 Jobs were created in Q2 and 2 022 jobs were created in Q1. 28 665 Farmers were supported through CASP and Ilima/Letsema. 7 284.7 ha were planted in Q2 through Ilima/Letsema (grains, vegetables, sorghum, sugarcane and fruits). 4 340 farmers received training on beef production, goat production, animal health, maize and soya beans production, tractor maintenance etc. 11 Agricultural Colleges in 7 Provinces will receive infrastructural improvements, retraining of staff, provision for ICT materials and strengthening of governance through CASP in the MTEF.
