  1. (AatmaNirmaan )a module designed for C W / employees “Self-Development of people is central to the development of the organization, whether it be business, a government agency, a research laboratory, a hospital, an educational institute or a military service” :- Peter Drucker.

  2. “There is no secret ingredient or hidden formula responsible for the success of any organization, no theory or plan or government policy will make an institution a success; that can only be done by people.” The most important vision of Any Good Organization is to develop & educate the employees, so they can understand their role & responsibilities better resulting in a healthy work culture.

  3. “ Aatma Nirmaan ” • The objective:- This program is specially designed for industrial employees, to bring positive & professional approach in their thought process, attitude, Discipline , behavior & personal habits. • The out come of this program will definitely help the top management to improve the overall work culture & effectiveness of your organization . • Training methodology :- A) Interactive.   6. About the faculty:- Name:- P.S.Rao, Educational qualifications:- science graduate. Diploma in training & develop & counseling. Certified Yoga & Meditation trainer. A very good command over Hindi & English language, which helps to develop a good emotional rapport with the work-force.

  7. Work experience :- 19 years at TATA STEEL at management level. He has worked in various departments like production, Quality control, Process control . Since 15 years, conducting training programs at various organizations. Mission :- To bring about attitudinal & behavioral change in work-force.
