ABC Reporting Module Update Received sample NBC FFS cost file in mid-July. Awaiting sample ABACIS NBC cost file. Awaiting complete July O/S FFS file. Developing ABC Use Cases for vetting CALIBRE & DOI working hot issues daily and seeking guidance and decisions Pilot - 1 Oct; Fully Operational - 31 Dec
Executive Dashboard Module Update Using information from MIT Budget subgroup and ABC Steering Committee to assist in development CALIBRE developing Executive Dashboard for vetting with DOI leadership Pilot - 31 Oct; Fully Operational - 15 Jan
Issues/Concerns Privacy Act – avoided by reporting at the current activity level System certifications and accreditations – could be an issue that affects operational capability timeline CALIBRE is defining business rules and requirements; vetting them; and driving forward with recommendations to design consistent with guidance Obtaining financial data (FFS and ABACIS) extracts is extremely important ABC/M System has 3 modules with 3 separate owners and an overall system ownership Cobell vs. Norton case – could affect application system connectivity
