RECOMMENDATION Public comments indicated that it is difficult to distinguish between “REQUIRED,” “RECOMMENDED,” and “OPTION” conditions.
MARKETING PLAN • FHWA plans to print the Millennium MUTCD so that the conditions are clearly shown. • FHWA plans to print the MUTCD in a 3-ring binder on “8 ½ x “11 paper.
RECOMMENDATION Public comments indicated that a strategic outreach campaign will play a critical role when introducing this new product.
