  10. Task Completion List The Task Completion list allows the selection of one of more action offices to be removed from displaying on the Open/Overdue report as being overdue and from receiving email notifications that the action is overdue.

  11. Individual Notification Individual Notification will send an email to anyone and/or everyone selected from the HQTS list.
