5. Anxious? What to Do! 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:6-7 •  ”Anythings” are from the world; • Peace is from God!! 8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. - Philippians 4:8-9 Rejoice! REJOICE!! Vs. 4:4

6. Easy for You to Say – No, It’s Not! 11 Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end. 12 So I concluded there is nothing better than to be happy and enjoy ourselves as long as we can. - Ecclesiastes 3:11-12 •  Beautiful in its own time (even my emotions?) •  Eternity has been planted in the heart! •  Be Happy. Rejoice. Think on Good Things! 21 It is God who enables us…to stand firm for Christ. He has commissioned us, 22…he has identified us as his own …the Holy Spirit (is) in our hearts as the first installment that guarantees everything he has promised us. -2 Cor. 21-22

Do you think I am (we are) like people of the world who say “Yes” when they really mean “No”? 18 As surely as God is faithful, my word to you does not waver between “Yes” and “No.” 19 For Jesus Christ, the Son of God, does not waver between “Yes” and “No.” He is the one whom Silas, Timothy, and I preached to you, and as God’s ultimate “Yes,” he always does what he says. 20 For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory. – 2 Corinthians 1:17-20
