Some of our Services • Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings- either in person or online conferencesAssistance in obtaining appropriate services • IEP Review and Recommendations • Review & develop appropriate Goals, Accommodations & Modifications • Neuropsychological Evaluation & Psychoeducational Report Review • Supply you with helpful/useful information about your child’s Eligibility, Services, IEP, Learning Styles, Accommodations, Modifications, etc. • Provide information on state & federal regulations and the special education process • Parent/Personal Training Sessions (Special Education Process, Law, Advocacy, etc.) • Assistance with Due Process (how to get around it & how to get right to it) • Agendas & Parental Attachments

  4. About US… Brief Bio: • Over 12 years of experience as a Paraprofessional of Special Education • Two years as a Special Education Teacher • Bachelors in Psychology, Chapman University • Small family oriented grass roots business • No school, government obligations or affiliations

Qualifications • Currently no set qualifications to become an advocate. • We have successfully completed the Wrightslaw Emotions to Advocacy Program (statistically proven best Special Education attorneys in the nation!) • Experience: Over 14 years of advocating, teaching, tutoring, counseling & consulting for students & families of various disabilities

The Process • Contact a Consultant • Submit your Documents to the Consultant: Any information pertaining to your case and concerns (i.e. copies of Assessments/Evaluations, Eligibility Report, IEPs, Audio Tape Recordings, Letters, Complaints, Report Cards, etc.) • Schedule a Meeting with your Consultant. We will give our feedback, then let us start to advocate for you and your child’s rights!
