  2. What is Dubstep? • Definition-A genre of electric dance music. • Dubstep is a pattern of sound waves that cut off and drop back repetively at a faster of slower cut off speed • Sounds like 'Wob Wab Wob Wobbb wheeeeee wooooohh'

  3. Is Dubstep pop music? • Some people would say Dubstep is not 'pop' music because its not popular, but today artists like Skrillex, UFK Dubstep, ect. Are popular because they have had millions of views on youtube and have made countrys top charts. • Dubstep is also remixed with many pop music.

  4. Can you play Dubstep live? • Playing dubstep live involves live looping (creating songs via computer using music loops), electric guitars, synthesizers, drum kits/machines, and turntables. • Many dubstep artists perform live, such as Pinn Panelle or D34DMAU5.

  5. What is used to create dubstep? • When creating dubstep, you use a lot of the instruments above, but much more alteration using a computer program takes place. • When recording a dubstep song, computer programs can be by themselves, without any live instrument recordings.

  6. What sub-genres of dubstep are there? • Dubstep can be mixed with almost any other genre of music to create a new sub-genre • Examples of such sub-genres are rock-step, grime-step, bro-step, and jazz-step

  7. What are some famous dustep artists? • Some well known dubsteps artists are knife part, skrillex, D34DMAU5, and burial. • UKF is a very popular dubstep artist through Youtube, and have millions of views on some of their most popular songs.
