PAINT THE PICTURE • Keep it brief, concise, and clear • State name of the organization with brief background information • Make connection between the RFP purpose and the organization • Describe the project purpose (issue, target area) to be addressed • Provide a solution to the issue – project implementation process • State overarching goal and anticipated results
GRANT FUNDS • Total Budget • Funding requested – RFP category • Usage of funding • Partners
Program Summary Worksheet ITEM 1 State the name of your organization and brief background info (i.e. years of operation, location, mission, target group). Make a connection between the organization and the RFP purpose.
