Activities that take place during Construction Phase • Project kick-off meeting with customer • Provide detailed design drawings and technical details as required to complete system design and integration • Site visit(s) during construction period • Meetings with engineering firm/installation contractor/electric utility as required to address equipment performance and other details • Site audit prior to start-up and commissioning • Identify deficiencies (equipment / installation) • Installation start-up • Project hand-over to customer

  6. Potential Problems during/after Construction Phase • Utility interconnection approval • Coordination of site activities • Under-sizing of cooling systems (radiators/ventilation), gas piping, coolant piping, heat exchangers etc. • Control system details – interface with balance of plant equipment and services • Implementation of high speed internet access for remote monitoring system • Gas quality / composition

  7. Sulfur Content • Sulfur •  H2S < 500 mg/10 kWh •  Standard maintenance schedule •  H2S < 2000 mg/10 kWh •  „modified“ maintenance schedule • acidification of oil • reduced Oil lubricity • SOx + H2O  corrosion • deposits in exhaust gas heat exchanger, when temperature is below dew point Sulfate deposits exhaust gas temperature below dew point

  8. What is the Timeline • Kick-off Meeting: 3-4 weeks ARO (after receipt of order) • Drawing submittal: 60 days ARO • Equipment delivery: 6-7 months ARO • Start-Up: 9-12 months ARO • Hand-Over: 10-12 months ARO
