  5. Political Map of the U.A.E • The UAE consists of 7 Emirates • The Emirates are Abu Dhabi (capital), Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, Fujairah, Umm Al-Qaiwain, and Ras Al-Khaimah

  6. History • The UAE formed in 1971, it is 42 years old only. • 7 independent States came together and decided to form one strong country. • Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan came up with this idea and became the founder and president.

  7. What is it know for? • The UAE is mostly known for it’s tall skyscrapers and luxurious hotels. • It has the worlds tallest building. • The biggest mall. • The tallest residential building. • The tallest hotel. • The fastest rollercoaster. • The largest man made island. • The longest/biggest pyrotechnic display • The biggest man made island • These are just few of many things the UAE is known for.
