Corsello Capital Regional Center (CCRC) is a part of The United States Citizenship & Immigration Services’ Regional Center program, which is known as the “EB-5 Pilot Program.” • EB-5 is an immigrant investor initiative that gives foreign nationals the opportunity to become legal residents of the United States through strategic investment in US-based economic development projects in various Regional Centers nationwide. Capital Investment: Invest $1 million capital investment or $500,000 if the project is located in a TEA (Targeted Employment Area). • Job Creation: The invested project must create 10 full time U.S jobs within 2 years. • The capital investment must be made in a U.S commercial entity (for property).
