3. Please find attached our business profile proposition for the 2008 British Rally Championship season which will incorporate the Citroen C2R2 Cup. As a team based in Cornwall we are keen to offer the opportunity for businesses to advertise across the UK on our rally car. In 2006/07 we have managed to receive substantial monthly press coverage in national publications such as Motorsport News and Pacenotes magazine. This coverage has been backed up with many photos of the car and team, culminating in a half page photo in the November 06 issue. Complementing the national media, we have obtained coverage here in Cornwall within the Cornish Guardian, NCA and other weekly papers, which is also publicised on the popular thisiscornwall.co.uk website. In addition to the written publications, we have made guest appearances on radio such as Atlantic FM`s Sports Show. 4. Introduction to CG Motorsport and the CG Motorsport Business Profile Opportunity 2008 sees a new championship and a fresh set of goals for the CG Motorsport team of Matt Cotton and Anthony Godden. Fresh from their amazing success in 2007, they have decided to take the next step on the British Rallying ladder and contest the UK`s premier single make rally series, the Citroen C2R2 Cup, which is co-ordinated with the backing of the World Rally Champions, Citroen Sport. Run in conjunction with rallying`s top level “British Rally Championship” the C2R2 Cup incorporates 7 high-speed rounds across the UK and Ireland ranging from the UKs round of the World Rally Championship – Wales Rally GB, to the closed road event of the Ulster International in Ireland. CG Motorsport took success to a new level in 2007, being the only crew to win back to back titles in the FIA class of both the BTRDA National Forest series, and the Stars of the Future FIA class- the BRC feeder championship. We hope that this success will continue in 2008 and we would like you to be part of it. As such, we think this business profile may be of interest to you. The Citroen C2R2 Cup will become a high profile search for the next British Rally champion, and CG Motorsport are keen to be part of it. 5. CG Motorsport Profile The Team…. Driver – Matthew Cotton Matthew lives in St Teath, a small village in Cornwall. He works as a group Warranty Administrator for a family run main dealership in Cornwall. He has been involved in rallying for over 15 years, and is a popular face within motorsport across the country. Matthew also works for the Motor Sports Association as a licensed Scrutineer. In 2006 he finished his first full year of rallying with a remarkable win in the BTRDA N1 class, and also taking the inaugural MG ZR Supercup title to boot. To finish the season on a high, Matthew was voted as one the top 10 rally drivers in 2006 by the weekly motorsport magazine, “Motorsport News”. This provides an excellent platform to build on, given the more comprehensive program planned for 2008. Co-driver/Navigator – Anthony Godden Anthony is based in St Kew in Cornwall and works as an Electronics Engineer for South West Water. He has been involved in rallying ever since Matthew and Anthony built their first rally car together. Since then he has competed regularly for the last 10 years, being a sought after Navigator in the South West. 2006 saw Anthony take his first full year in rallying in his stride, and take the BTRDA N1 title, MG ZR Supercup title, and win his class in the MSA English Championship. Anthony is keen to commit to the 2008 season, to gain even more experience, and build on a successful 2007.

6. CG Motorsport Profile - The Team…. The Car The car that will be used in the 2008 season, is a Citroen C2R2 built by preparation experts Ti Motorsport in Berkshire. Fully rally prepared to an exceptionally high standard by the Ti Motorsport team, the car is built to full FIA specification. This allows the vehicle to be used anywhere in the world and on full International events such as those found on the WRC calendar. The car will run in class R2 of the BRC and with a little over 185bhp, can be taken to speeds well in excess of 110mph down a narrow forest track. The C2R2 Cup now in its second year, has proved to be very exciting to watch and with competitors swapping seconds over the course of an event. All cars in the C2R2 cup are identical (bar colour) and put simply, the fastest crew wins. The Team The car will be maintained and run by the car builder – Ti Motorsport. Their experience in running rally cars stretches over many years and marques. This will be the 2nd year that team owner Dave Gough has run the C2, and will look to last years data and specifications to ensure optimum performance throughout the year for Matt, Anthony, and CG Motorsport.

8. CG Motorsport Business Profile Opportunity Our Proposition We can offer you two different levels of exposure, and our packages are priced accordingly. Our proposed campaign for 2008 will consist of 7 rounds of the prestigious British Rally Championship incorporating the Citroen C2R2 Cup. The championship consists of events spread across the entire length and breadth of the United Kingdom and Ireland, and includes locations such as Carlisle, Kelso, Pickering, Ulster, Swansea and the Isle of Man, plus other selected local events that can be arranged to suit sponsors wishes (budget permitting). All events in the Citroen C2R2 Cup will be fully televised on Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports Extra in the Rallyzone programme, dedicated to BRC competitors to maintain maximum exposure. CG Motorsport Business Profile Opportunity Our Proposition Exposure Level 1 - We would like to be used to help all sizes of businesses raise their profile throughout the UK, and offer this unique marketing and publicity tool to achieve this. We therefore offer the opportunity to potential advertisers to secure promotional space on the car for the whole of the season. You may change your graphics and logos on that space for every event, if you want to do so, but that space will remain yours for the duration of the 2008 season. Specific requirements can be tailored to your needs, anything from team clothing to complete car coverage is available. Exposure Level 2 – We have had significant success during the 2007 season by dealing with businesses which are located close to a specific event. That way a business can commit to a much smaller sum, and it ensures that you get exposure closer to the base of your business, with a much greater likelihood of that having a positive impact in and around your catchment area. This can suit in particular, business` which have dealers/depots closer to each event.

CG Motorsport Business Profile Opportunity Our Proposition We can accommodate up to 5 businesses per event/year on the car, and that may be a mix and match of businesses simply doing one event, along with others who may have committed to one or more events. We give an undertaking that we will not source adverts from businesses trading in the same markets. We always advise potential supporters of the other businesses involved, and thus we avoid the possibility of you and your competitors being advertised at the same time. We are therefore presenting you with the opportunity to choose to support us for the whole season, or as many events as you would like, selected from the list of locations noted above. We are looking to attract up to 5 main sponsors for each event of the 2008 season, or alternatively one main sponsor for the entire year. As noted above this can be a mix of those who wish to commit to a full season and those who simply want exposure at one or more of their local events. In addition to the exposure available by having your business’s name displayed on the car you will be able to use our image if required in any of your own business’s promotional material at any time during the year. We will provide you with a detailed update of our performance following every event we enter, which will include a written press release which again you may use for your own promotional purposes, even if you were not a sponsor on that event.

CG Motorsport Business Profile Opportunity Our Proposition Advertising Space There will be 5 prominent sponsor sites on the car;- Sponsor 1 – Bonnet Sponsor 2 - Front Wings – Details, logos etc carried on both sides of the car, maximum exposure area. Sponsor 3 - Rear panels –details carried on both sides of the car Sponsor 4 - Rear hatch glass – high visibility during on road use, as well as featuring in rear ¾ shots favoured by some photographers Sponsor 5 – Front bumper and spoiler – high visibility and maximum exposure All available slots are priced individually, but are available for the season or one event. CG Motorsport Business Profile Opportunity Our Proposition • Summary • Running the smallest of rally teams is an expensive undertaking, with entry fees and route notes alone being in the region of £1000 per event. Total costs per event amount to around £5000 not including car maintenance for 2008. We estimate that total costs for the year will be around £35000 not including the crews travelling expenses. The business opportunities are not just limited to what is listed above.
