  1. Transverse (U.S) Transverse is a company that provides TRACT Billing, the all-in-one activity, rating/metering, and subscription billing software as a service (SaaS) platform. The key differentiator for TRACT is activity-based billing, which allows users to view customer activity in real-time and bill for usage. Key Challenges Solutions Integration of Pentaho User Console inside TRACT application. Providing ACLs to support multi-tenancy & utility for providing ACLs by web service calls Utility for Copy Data from one tenant to other i.e moving data for a tenant from PRODUCTION to QA for data analysis & also provide option to export data to CSV. Building Data Model for Accounting, Orders & Billing Module. A Standard UI page was created that would be integrated within TRACT to display contents of user console & authentication is through CAS. A utility was built that would call Pentaho web services by accepting the tenant users & providing the ACLs. Pentaho was configured to by pass the authentication for this particular web service calls ETL , Data Model with CUBE & META-MODEL was build for identified modules, complexity was involved in Billing Module where data size & relation was complex. Enhanced and accurate billing based on absolute usage Improved customer satisfaction due quick billing issue resolutions Better revenue stream identification leading to targeted campaigns Benefits
