ResidentialLEDLightingRebates Under the Victorian Government LED Light Replacement Program, A Victorian homeowner or an industrialist is eligible to replace Incandescent bulbs, linear & compact fluorescent lights & HPS/HID high bays with their LED counterparts like T5 linear LED high bays. When you replace old halogen or incandescent lights with new energy-efficient LED lights, there will be a substantial reduction in your electricity bill. The actual reduction number varies as it is subjected to the number of upgrades, operating time of the lights & corresponding units of electricity saved by the new LED lights.
