WHO ARE ICS? • Business Intelligence Solutions Provider • Part of Business & Decision Group • Gartner Magic quadrant contender • Microsoft Gold Certified Partner • Ranked as top 2 UK Microsoft Partner of 1000+ BI Solution Partners • ISV • Developers of award winning RSinteract • RSinteract value-add product for Reporting Services released January 2006 • RSinteract wins “Best of Tech-Ed” USA 2006 in BI Category • Best in category for End User reporting in SQL Server magazine group product test in November 2007

  3. Do you recognise this situation? I’m getting all these standard reports with my application. Although these reports are great, in many cases I quite often have some ad-hoc queries which answers are not included in these reports. When I go back to my suppliers or own IT department they all come back with the same answer: We can do it but we are too busy now, come back in 4 -6 weeks time. I can’t wait that long!!

  4. What is RSinteract? An end-user tool for • Building • Deploying • Interacting With reports based on SQL Server Reporting Services, it slashes the time it takes to create and edit reports in the Reporting Services environment.

  5. What makes RSinteract unique? • Award winning, easy to use ad-hoc query tool • End user tool which sits on Microsoft SQL platform, but does not rewrite it – if Reporting Services works RSinteract will work. - Reports are rendered and scheduled via Reporting Services - Security is done via either Windows based or Forms based • RSinteract is SaaS ready - it can be ‘plugged’ on to existing hosted platforms - it can be ‘plugged’ into existing security models - it can easily added on to existing SaaS applications

  6. Who benefits from RSinteract? • End users (self service reporting solution) • SaaS ISV’s (add value to their solution) • Hosting companies (add new revenue stream)
