What do you get? • All the profit you make. • A shot at winning the R1 million and being awarded R500 000 (50%) thereof. Your university will be awarded the other R500 000. • Media exposure for your team’s performance during the game (Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec 2007). Radio: Powerhour and Geldsake, UNichallenge leader boards on Moneyweb and PSG Online. • The top university team wins R10 000. • The thrill of competing against other student teams and universities.

  2. How does it work? • PSG Konsult will sponsor R50 000 = 5 x R10 000 Make-a-Million (MAM) trading accounts for your university’s selected student teams to participate in the game. • The student teams will get the positive yield on their MAM investments; and PSG Konsultwill carry the risk. • PSG Onlinewill be your student team’s home during the game as the official trading platform for MAM.   3. What will it cost? • All MAM entries cost R650. Your team has to raise and pay the MAM entry fee. How toapply for the PSG Konsult UNichallenge R10 000 sponsorship: • Step 1 - Form teams of 5, select a team leader and draft a short justification why your team should be selected. • Step 2 - Apply online @ www.makeamillion.co.za before 5pm 1 August ‘07. • Step 3 - Raise the MAM entry fee of R650 amongst yourselves. • Step 4 – Study the game’s rules & register for a 1 Month Free Trial on the PSG Online website to familiarise yourself with the MAM trading platform @ www.psgonline.co.za. • Step 5 – Familiarise yourself with the Informal Partnership FICA requirements on the MAM website and get your team’s documentation ready in case your team is selected.

  4. How does selection and qualification work? • All your team members have to currently be enrolled in a commerce course at one of the following universities, either as an under-graduate or as a post-graduate student:  University of the Witwatersrand, University of Johannesburg,  Stellenbosch University, University of the Free State, University of Cape Town, North-West University, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, University of Kwazulu-Natal, University of Pretoria, Rhodes University • Applications will only be considered for teams, not individuals. • PSG Konsult will select teams based on their application’s 150 word justification. • The cut-off time for applications is at 5pm on 1 August 2007. By when will you know if you have been selected? • By 10 August 2007. What happens once your team has been selected? • Register for MAM by 13 August 2007 and complete all the FICA documentation with PSG Online by 17 August 2007. • Pay the MAM entry fee of R650 into your MAM account by 30 August 2007, where after the R10 000 PSG Konsult sponsorship will be paid into your account on 31 August 2007.

  5. What happens at the end of the game? • PSG Onlinewill be your team’s home during and after the game. After the game you have to convert your MAM trading account into a normal trading account with PSG Online, transfer your team’s positive yield (cash), minus the sponsored R10 000, into this trading account and continue trading with PSG Onlinefor one year.
