Aims of the East Sussex Compact • Agreeing commitments and an effective framework for partnership working • Improving working relationships in order to provide more effective and co-ordinated services to communities • Improving consultation, communication, collaboration, trust and respect • Assisting partner agencies in meeting common strategic aims
