Personnel Psychology • I/O personnel psychologists work with the Human Resource. • In areas such as: • Recruitment • Analyzing jobs • Determining salary levels • Training employees • Evaluating employees' performance
Personnel Psychology: Recruitment • I/O Personnel Psychologist : • Choose existing tests or create new ones to select or promote employees. • Tests are constantly evaluated to ensure validity and fairness .
