Traits/inherit/heredity. Traits and genes are passed on from a parent or ancestor so that makes you inherit traits. And heredity is passing on the trait so you are inheriting it.
Dominate and recessive traits are when they both come from your parents and require allies.
Homozygous- Heterozygous traits have in common because they are both traits and they make up cells. And they are inherited from our ancestors.
