PRCS Contact with Police Departments December 2011 These 51 contacts resulted in 7 arrests or VOPs.
1170(h) Sentences • 64 1170(h) sentences • The average custody time ordered was 593 days • The average mandatory supervision term is 308 days • 42% 1170(h) cases have been split sentences • 58 are currently in custody
Jail Data Population Snapshot • Current Jail population: • 258 are Pending Court hearings • 132 Sentenced • 36 Holds • ADP of Parole Violators is increasing • 8 people currently on Electronic Monitoring • No large change in proportion of booking authority
Pre-Trial Programming • Gathering and presenting information about newly arrested defendants for use by a judicial officer • Supervising defendants who are released from custody • ensure they appear for scheduled court appearances • do not endanger community safety.
Pre-Trial Programming • 94% Success Rate • 132 people are currently on Supervised OR • Over the course of the program, 600 people have been supervised • 89 on GPS • 47 on SCRAM
