THE HARD BIT/ GETTING SERIOUS • 1987 –Newcastle Polytechnic (Northumbria University) BSc Estate Management • 1990- Graduated 2:2 • October 1990 -first job-Graduate Surveyor • Start of Professional training • 3 years of “diary” experience • 1993 –Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and a member of RICS • 1998 Diploma in Management Studies
