Maintenance • General • Castlewood entrance WTHOA/FISD installed new bedding and trees • Falling Leaf entrance tree/bush removal/install miscanthus and live oak • Beechwood sidewalk easement remove decaying trees, grind stumps • Pines cul de sac streets trim palm trees • Seasonal flowers & mulching of entrances & medians (semi-annually) • Landscape contract month to month • Plumbing repair for water line break at Castlewood park • Irrigation repairs Applewood park/Falling leaf entrance • Irrigation system installed for Castlewood entrance flower beds • Flag replacement (every six months – L. Weed volunteered) • Pool • Contract review March • Pool pump #2 replaced June 8
