Meetings/Conf Calls • March, CO 283/GTL Workshop– Not a formal IDCWG meeting – Calculation Testing • Conference Calls – April 4th, April 13th. • May 16 – 17th Atlanta GA (NERC) - BPS Joint Meeting • August 15th – 16th (MISO, St Paul) • October 16th (8 – 5) – 17th (8 – 12), Las Vegas (Customer Meeting)

Implemented • CO 317: Michigan PAR Status Change Switch. • CO 331: IDC Interface to NAESB Web Registry • CO 333: Include MF and NNL on TLR Event History Display • CO 338: Default Timing for TLR Levels 1 and 0 • CO 340: Effective Date on Market Coordinated Flowgates • CO 341: MISO and PJM ED6/7FN Transfer to IDC • SDX CO 08: Remaining GUI Changes • SDX CO 10: Change Filtering Options on Displays

  5. Development/Testing • CO 322: PFV Generation Priority Submissions • Will be moved to development once a final methodology is reached at BPS. Will be revised as needed. • CO 330: Authorization of OATI Use of IDC Data for DOE Studies • CO 332: Changes to Manitoba EAR Tag in IDC • Approved for implementation - June 1st • CO 336: Changes to IDC Factor Calculation Timing • This will be moved for development if deemed need after an evaluation on the behavior of status changes is completed by IESO and MISO - Cancelled

Development/Testing • CO 346: TLR Auto Acknowledgment IDC will be modified in such a way that each sink impacted Reliability Coordinator can set up to automatically acknowledge the TLR actions based on configurable time intervals after a new TLR instance • CO 347: IDC TLR Data Request for New York Transmission Owners

  7. DRAFT/Evaluation • CO 326: PFV Metrics • Maybe revised after a final methodology is reached at BPS. • CO 328: Intra Hour Tag Curtailment • IDCWG has proposed and approved for evaluation a different solution than previously drafted and evaluated.

IDCWG Update • During the GTL Workshop, OATI went over the calculation methodology of CO 283. • Certain calculation inconsistencies were identified and OATI is working on a fix. • Several GUI enhancements were identified and will be worked on once the final methodology is reached and work is resumed on IDCWG and OATI end on the project.

  11. IDCWG Update • IDCWG is awaiting the whitepaper (methodology) to be made final, after which development of GTL Change Orders and the GTL application.
