Increase Penalties for Child Pornography • Child Exploitation – currently a Level 5 felony (I.C. 35-42-4-4(b)). • Possession of Child Pornography – currently a Level 6 felony (I.C. 35-42-4-4(c)). • Both should be increased at least one level, with an enhancement if the image depicts a child under the age of twelve (12) years.
