SAIDCOR History________________________________________________________ 1962: SAIDCOR formed 1984 – 1988: DTI lend SAIDCOR R22m 1988: * SAIDCOR transfer assets to Technifin * IDC become 50% shareholder in Technifin * SAIDCOR are other 50% shareholder in Technifin * DTI converts the loan to SAIDCOR to share capital owned by CSIR. * CSIR now own 100% of SAIDCOR which owns 50% of Technifin 1996: IDC exits share ownership in Technifin and CSIR effectively 100% owner of Technifin through SAIDCOR 2007: Technifin transferred to CSIR
