  1. Some concluding remarks • Take time to think about the key conclusions of the projectand how to report the outcomes and deliverables most effectively in the final year • Produce a clear statement about how data policy issues affect the quality of the EURO4M products and services • Describe how to access the datasets and provide guidance for the main datasets delivered in the project based on guidance notes • Prepare a plan for sustaining and maintaining the CIBs as contribution to the Copernicus climate change service (D4.3) • Describe clearly the hand-over to the UERRA follow-on project European Reanalysis and Observations for Monitoring www.euro4m.eu

Yr3 reporting • The draft scientific report which has been submitted to the reviewer and the project officer on 12 April will need to be updated based on their comments, and new input from the WP-leads and partners can be included • The (electronic) financial reports are to be submitted before 28 April European Reanalysis and Observations for Monitoring www.euro4m.eu
