Countermeasure done/plan for each major contributor Previous jishuken problem(s) monitoring histogram (3mth per prob.) NG • 2G @ Tyre Building during assembly process. • New Stitchting Pressure Digital Control at TBM • Standardized Stitching Pressure û ü RM2652.00 Ave. for 2 mth scrap RM390.00 Nov. 07 Jan 08 Close monitoring (> 3days) histogram Dec. 07 Monitoring in Jan 08 (Total Scrap = 6pcs) 3pcs scrap come from 3# machine Cost of kaizen From Nov 07 till Jan 08 scrap improvement, we manage to reduced cost of scrap tyre up to RM 2260.00 /month.
