Safe International Travel Policy • http://www.uoguelph.ca/cip/page.cfm?id=246 • Approved by Senate in 2006 • Relies on DFAIT travel advisory info - http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/advisories • Undergraduates cannot receive academic credit for travel to ‘no go’ destinations • Graduate students must contact CIP and demonstrate an academic rationale and personal safety plan and sign a high-risk waiver in order to get academic credit/ travel funding.
