  3. Martial Arts who what... Who: Olivia,Dad and Harrison my Brother What: Go to Martial Arts When: Monday and Wednesday night Where: Papanui High School Why: I do Martial Arts because Dad and Harrison did it so I wanted to give it a go too.

  4. What I learn at Martial Arts • Right Foot Back - Back Stance • Left Foot Back - Back Stance • Horse Stance • Break Fall • Roly Poly’s • Hand Break Through (1 Hand & 2 Hand) • Round Kick • Front Kick

  5. A Martial Arts Right Foot Back - Back Stance Is….. To get your stance right you have to have good posture. Your right leg has to be back facing right and your left leg has to be forward, facing the front like a clock when the time hits three o’clock.Your legs have to be slightly bent like you're in a squatting position.Your left arm is your lead arm and is in front of your chest, this arm protects your tummy and lower body parts. Your right arm is back with your fist by your ear to protect your head.

  8. Go-Karting Who What ... Who: My Family and I What: Brought a Go-Kart When: We Brought the Go-Kart 2 weeks after Christmas Where: Go-Kart King (Trade Me) Why: Because dad thought it would fun for all of us to play with.

  9. What I learn while Go-Karting When I am Go-Karting I learn loads of new things. I drive in gear three,two or one, If I’m on one I have to remember to go slow otherwise it rips up the grass and I get told off for that. I also just learnt how to reverse so thats my new favorite for now. Theres a GREENbutton thats the horn and a RED button thats the Emergency Stop, there are also indicators and front and back lights.
