The common food of japan is typically rice with miso soup. • Other dishes include sushi, sashimi, pickled vegetables, and ramen noodles • Fish is a common cuisine • Sauces and seasoning that are commonly used are soy sauce, duck sauce, sesame oil, sake, vinegar and many more. • The utensils that are typically used to eat with are chopsticks and soup spoons.

  3. Each Asian cuisine is from a different country, containing a slightly different taste profile. • Asian is an overall term of Asian cultures including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Thai and Indian. • All which consist of different spices and herbs. Resulting to a mixture of different flavors.

  4. Japans taste is a bit more mild, and fresh; some maybe sweet, such as teriyaki chicken • Thai is spicy, and is somewhat sour tasting • Chinese food has a larger variety of taste. • Indian food consist of spicy sweet and contain also contain a lotof spices.
