  2. A 23 –yr- old man was admitted to Thoracic Surgery Department for mediastinoscopy. • He had dyspnea and weakness • His fingers were cyanosis

  3. He had worked between 2001-2003 in different two workplaces of sandblasting of jeans • He had worked in İstanbul • There was no caution or measure

  4. There was no doctor in workplace • A young man had been lost who had worked in same place from same village, because of respiratory insufficiency.

  5. TA: 100/ 70 mm/Hg Pulse: 106/minute • Fewer:37 C • Hbg: 10.6, WBC:8.67 • Arterial blood gas values: (Fio2:%21): • So2:82 PO2: 54 Co2:38 pH :7.41 • PFT:FEV1:(1.95)%54, FVC: (1.95)%45

  6. He had misdiagnosed as Reynoud and calcium channel blockers had been given • Tuberculosis treatment had been given without any bacteriologic proof

  7. P-A:Bilateral reticulonodular infiltrates

  8. CT:Paratracheal,hiler, subcarinal lymphadenopathy

  9. İntense micronodules

  10. MEDİASTİNOSCOPY:Collection of Intense pigment, mikst reactive hyperplasia

  11. VATS:Alveolar thickened and hemorrhage

  12. Profikaksi of İNH was given. • Stopped smoking
