Middle School ProjectsPlease see my class page for details! • HTML/Internet – 7th and 8th grade will be Coding their first Website • Continuing Keyboarding – very important for High School and Beyond • Excel Projects – to solve a problem and use critical thinking • Internet/phone safety – Google’s “Be Internet Awesome” program cyberbullying, stranger danger, phishing, and security • 6th Grade Researching Stem Careers of the Future • Coding - Scratch, creating Cell Phone Apps, and learning Java Script • Robotics - to communicate Digitally using Binary and hexadecimal Systems
Grading All students that complete the rubric (instructions) for each project/activity and work diligently will receive a 2 (Satisfactory/Good). Students that go above and beyond the requirements for each project/activity will receive a 3 (Very Good). If a student ever averages below a 2, I will let you know.
