Post project monitoring • Legal requirement for 3-year review needed • Government to insist on seeing review report • Consultants will have to build in costs for this • Contracts will have to include for pre- during- and post- monitoring • Costs will increase. • Benefits: • Better quality of prediction • Environmental benefits and cheaper dredging Page 2
