The TrackUniform Software was specially designed to provide a complete automated system for you to keep track of your Uniforms And Uniform Accessories TM
The program is designed for agencies who Maintain a FULL Inventory of Uniforms Maintain a PARTIAL Inventory of Uniforms - Or - Agencies who rely on an Outside Vendor tosupply them with all of their Uniform needs.
As you distribute or issue Uniform Items to your Employees - you will have the ability to capture what the current Status is of each item - from the time it was first Requested all the wayto it being Issued.
Each item could at some point during the process have a status of: “New Request” Track all “New Requests” for uniform items. “Approved” or “Denied” Track all items that have been “Approved” or “Denied”. “On Order” Track all Items “On Order”. “Back Ordered” Keep Track of what may be “Back Ordered”.
Each item could at some point during the process have a Status of: “Ready To Be Picked-Up” Let employees know it is ready to be “Picked-Up”. And finally . . . . “Issued” Keep Track of what has been “Issued”.
“Personal Inventory” You will be able to quickly and easily see exactly what each and every employee has been issued during any given time period. All the way back to the first day the very first item was entered.
* For those that keep an In-Stock Inventory * * You can keep track of all of the Uniforms and Accessories that you have In Stock. * Issue or Distribute Items and it will subtract the number from your In-Stock Inventory. * Set a “Re-Order” alert for each item and be alerted when your Inventory reaches that level.
From the program’s Main Menu you can easily find your way around and through the different functions.
You will also find Navigation buttons on every screen to quickly take you anywhere you want to go.
You can also attach files and documents from other applications to any item you enter into the database.
And we have used Drop-Down Lists on every field where data will most likely be repeated.

On nearly every screen throughout the program you will find a Help button.
When you push that button, what comes back to the screen is help information that only pertains to that screen.
And from the Main Menu you can click on a button that will take you to a screen to get help on any topic.
It contains all of the Help topics. You can print any one or the entire list to create a manual.

The 1st Alert deals with Items in your Inventory and lets you know when items need to be Re-Ordered
The other two Alerts are designed for those agencies that have a process where by someone needs to Approve Requests before they can be Ordered or Issued.
The two other Alerts are designed to make that process easy for those agencies.
