Headline – make sure it grabs your attention, and has your main keyword as well. • Opening Paragraph – this explains what you are writing about, try to make sure you cover a set amount of points. • Main Body – this can be 3, 4 or 5 paragraphs, just cover one point per paragraph. • Conclusion – this starts your final paragraph and continues in the bio or author’s resource box.
Resource Box – the second most important part after your headline. This is where you can put an important backlink to your website, the point of writing the article overall. • Word Count – You should aim for roughly 400 words. • Keywords – Your main keyword phrase should appear two to three times, while your secondary keyword should not appear more than twice.
Teaser – The aim of your article should appear as a teaser for the rest of the information on your website or blog. These are not hard and fast unbreakable rules, in fact I break a few of them myself from time to time, but do not forget point 8, the purpose of your article is to ensure the reader clicks on to your website.
