OBJECTIVES OF STUDY • To know why the students surfing the internet during the class. • To investigate the effect of surfing internet in class. • To find out the lecturer’s response when the students are caught surfing in class.
RESEARCH QUESTIONS • What are the reasons for surfing the internet during the class? • What are the effects of surfing internet? • What is the lecturer’s response when they are caught surfing in class?
Reasons : social networking : addiction to play online games • Effects : cannot concentrate to the lecture : poor exam grades • To prevent : use internet in class only when needed

INSTRUMENT • two sections in questionnaires • Section A is the respondents personal’s details • Section B consists of dichotomous question, categorical question, scale question, and opinion question of free response question
PROCEDURE… • CREATE QUESTIONNAIRES • APPROVED • DISTRIBUTE TO RESPONDENTS
DATA ANALYSIS • We create the coding sheet in the Microsoft excel • In coding sheet have variable and respondent • frequencies of the respondents voting for each • question were listed down based on answered • questionnaires • We will present them in the form of pie chart and • also graphs

Don't provide internet service or block unnecessary websites for example facebook RECOMMENDATION teacher or lecturer should warning student who surf internet in class
