Discussions • Interoperable and affordable maritime situational awareness and cooperation infrastructure is an essential enabler of maritime security. • Common standards to be established to gather, share information, manage and analyse data, in order to make better use of technology and to achieve interoperability. • The MS cooperation between national and regional/ interregional entities are challenging, involving civilian and military organizations with different capabilities and cultures.
