  3. Lying Down Meditation Lying down meditation is perfect for people who feel discomfort while sitting for meditation.   4. Standing meditation Meditation is all about mindfulness and relaxation. Since a lot of us spend majority time in a sitting position, it’s good to practice meditation in a standing position. Stand straight with feet hip to shoulder width apart. Keep your knees slightly bent. Place both hands on your belly to feel the inhale and exhale while meditating.

  5. Kneeling meditation This meditation pose is perfect for people who are comfortable kneeling down. It helps in keeping the back straight while meditating.
