Company Profile Make sure your profile is complete with your current products/services, contact information, website, and company description. Product Categories are critical to your company being visible to retail searches and to your company being able to see the retail attendees registered with shared products.
Appointments & Messages Features • See retail attendees registered with your category(s) – updated Daily! • Manage invitations to retail attendees en masse or one by one with personalized notes • Track your invitation responses • Add meetings to your schedule made outside of the planner • Assign meetings to exhibition staff
Attendee Scheduling Centralized tools for appointment planning
Reserve a Time Block Reserve Time Block – you may add appointments that have been scheduled by phone or email by clicking RESERVE. Then complete the fields and select Add/Update Notes. You can also assign and organize meetings by your staff member(s).

Attendee Scheduling Custom Invitations Custom Invitation: From your Save Attendees tab click the checkbox for one name, then select the Preview/Send Invitations button to open the email template for a personalized invitation.
Attendee Scheduling Generic Invitations Generic Invitations: From your Save Attendees tab click the checkbox for multiple names, then select the Preview/Send Invitations button to open the email preview. The email content cannot be modified.
Invitation tracking and information • The status of any action on your invitation will be indicated by the icons identified in the LEGEND. • Custom invitations sent one by one are sent immediately. • Generic invitations sent en masse are queued and sent once per day. • If the attendee schedules a meeting, the appointment will appear on your schedule if they also select a time. Otherwise, it will be queued in their planner for booking.
Accepted Meetings Meeting invitations accepted will populate to your agenda and will include the invited person name and company
