Program Overview • Funding format - Single Employer Contracts and Multiple Employer Contracts • Funding for incumbent and unemployed workers • Curriculum and trainer selection flexibility • Multiple training delivery modes supported • Fixed-Fee reimbursement based on number of training hours delivered

ETP commitment to Manufacturing • ETP has invested over $1 Billion overall since 1983 • Approved $594,295,483 in Manufacturing since 7/1/2000 • Funded training for 524,172 Manufacturing trainees • On-going partnerships dedicated to attracting and supporting existing Green Manufacturers
Direct Employer Contract Profiles • Support Governor’s Economic Development Goals • Multiple Electric Vehicle Manufacturers other green sector companies (expansion & start-up) • Emerging industries and more traditional (support new processes, new investment, skill upgrades)
